Working on behalf of Ferring Pharmaceuticals - the leading pharmaceutical company in this field - Central Homecare offers the supply of a wide range of fertility drugs and consumable items and provides extensive support to patients at home. This support includes access to: (a) a named RGN-qualified/Gynae and IVF-trained Patient Co-ordinator, (b) pharmacy staff concerning technical queries about drugs supplied and (c) our 24-hour patient help line. Our co-ordinators are extensively trained to listen actively to patients who are experiencing a highly emotional period of their lives and are knowledgeable about potential complications of treatment such as OHSS.

Deliveries are made promptly and followed up with a call from the Patient Co-ordinator to check that patients fully understand their therapy requirements.

Patients may benefit from this service whether or not their consultant works in the private or NHS sectors.
